Q. What is the screening process?

Six Figures is a niche site catering for job seekers who are currently earning or capable of earning a salary package in the six figure package range ($100,000k). To access some services on the site, a member's resume is screened to ensure the details they provide are consistent with current market trends in terms of expected salary. Six Figures checks your resume and member profile to ensure only those whose salary is commensurate with the jobs advertised on the site can apply for positions.

Q. How is my information private?

When you create your member profile, only those businesses that you apply for a position with can view your details. Other members on the site and businesses do not have access to your information. Members cannot see the details of other members, as Six Figures is not a social networking site. It is for the purpose of connecting our members with the best six figure job opportunities.

Q. What if I can't find the jobs I am interested in on the site?

The site recently launched, and as such we are in the process of building up our jobs directly from employers, as well as selected RPOs and agencies. Given the stage we are at, the job type range is limited but growing as we cover all industries and professions. If you find there are currently no jobs available in your industry or occupation, please revisit the site at a later stage.

Q. Is Six Figures for me?

Six Figures is for high income earners in all industries and professions.

To join, you must earn a minimum of AU$100,000 salary package. An example of a package could include an $80,000 base, plus 9% superannuation of $7,200, a car allowance of $12,800 = $100,000.

Q. Why doesn't Six Figures charge a fee?

As talented six figure salary package earners, you are in high demand and we are only interested in connecting you to great employers who can offer you great jobs. Employers pay to advertise their businesses and job opportunities on Six Figures to attract talent.

Q. How do employers find me?

You choose which employers can find you. It's that simple! Six Figures is not a recruitment site which sends your CV to as many employers as possible with the hope of making a "sale".

As a member, you can search the businesses and jobs and apply for the ones which interest you. Only those employers with whom you apply for a job will be able to see your information. In this way you control who sees you and who doesn't.

Q. How do I contact employers?

Some employers will post their contact information on their job advertisement, in which case you can contact them yourself. Other employers will not post their contact details, instead asking that you apply for the job opportunity on the site. In this case, after applying, you will be contacted by the employer.

Q. How does Six Figures protect my privacy?

We know that your identity must be kept confidential. Six Figures adheres to strict professional and ethical guidelines. This provides important assurances that your career details will be treated in a highly confidential manner and used only with your consent. Members on our site have control over their information. Should a member give their details to an employer, that employer is bound, as part of our terms and conditions, not to pass on the information.

Q. How long does it take to register on Six Figures?

You can spend as little or as much time as you like setting up your profile. If you don't have much time, you can complete the process in a few minutes, simply by attaching your CV. Alternatively, you can spend more time working on your profile, perfecting your personal brand. You can update or add to your profile at anytime simply by logging in.
